Peruvian Precedent's suri genetics are from the Keno line. He is one of the very few black and white premium proven suri sires in the U.S. He has 34 registered offspring with 21 of those being females.

On his sire’s side he is three suri generations deep, going back to Peruvian Maximo PC1 who was the Peruvian suri black National Champion while still in Peru. Suri offspring from Precedent are 4th generation in genotype and phenotype. His dam side is full Bolivian, going back to L.W. Blossom & the pure Bolivian bloodlines from the Iris Christ Llama Woods Bolivian operation.

He has produced several champion show offspring including Star Dynamica, the high selling female at the 2009 LFA auction inIowa, bringing $10,500. She was also the BEST OF SHOW and futurity class winner at the 2010 Celebration Show & Sale in Oklahoma. Another well known offspring of Precedent is Star Spangled Banner, a foundation suri sire for New Zealand & Austrailia who in 2008 was chosen as New Zealand's Champion suri male.

Although Precedent isn't very tall himself, he sires tall offspring that have correct conformation and passes on his super straight top line! We are thrilled with this years offspring and what he is doing for our breeding program!

Argentine Fresco was born in Chile during quarantine before entering the USA.  In 2000  RTC Llama Ranch purchased Fresco's dam Argentine Moore in Temuco Chile before the Argentines entered the United States. RTC Ranch knew we had a great male when the phone started ringing with offers to purchase Fresco before we had put our eyes on him.  His dam Argentine Fresco was hand picked out of the herd in Temuco before the Argentines were imported to USA.  Argentine Fresco's off spring continue to carry on his legacy, he produces, lots of grey silky suri locked fiber, big bone, short triangle noses and straight show quality llama's.  Fresco has a great relaxed personality which passes on to his cria's.

At a show in Oregon the experienced judges both commented that the Argentines at the show had the best fleece they had ever seen.
