"Castlerock's Contraband" Knowing that his father was the only suri bloodline of his kind in the country and that we were looking for just that special ingredient we bought him on the spot at 2 weeks old. Both his mother and father are imported suri full Chileans and his father has no other sons on record. We loved his spots at two weeks old and were surprised by his good size and structure when we took delivery of him at 6 months of age. He has already surpassed his dam and sire for size. We had the outcross that we wanted to breed to our existing suri herd and now had to play the waiting game until he matured. He settled his first females In the fall of 2009 and is gentle to work with. As a package he has many firsts for our breeding program that include adding Chilean blood as well as appy coloring. We are looking forward with all our fingers crossed to see the end game of his offspring in the fall of 2010. Donted by Gary & Janet Brant, Starr Llama Company |

"Argentine Mach One (ET)" We looked all over the country to find a full Argentine male of Mach One’s qualities. We wanted a big stretchy guy with extreme silky fiber and champion quality conformation. The moment we saw Mach One we knew our search had ended. He is endowed with the fine, dense, lustrous fiber with tremendous coverage clear to his toes, robust balanced body, upright neck and heavy leg bone for which the Argentines are so renowned. They have proven to be excellent crosses with many other bloodlines. Mach One was named Champion Silky Wool Male his first time shown and immediately gained a lot of admirers. He won under both judges at the Celebration 2010 and was named Champion and Reserve Champion yearling Argentine male, Silky Champion in Fleece On and World Futurity Top Ten at Celebration 2010.
