LFA Sale General Information

Sale Date: September 15, 2012

Move In Date & Time: September 153 2012, 12:00 p.m.

Entry Deadline: July 1, 2012. All photos, catalog write ups, and registrations are required by this date.

Entry Fee: $300.00 per consignment plus 10% - 20% commission, based upon sale price, with a minimum fee of $200 on each sale entry.

Consignments: All submissions for consignment will be reviewed for quality and marketability, as judged by a three person committee. Only 50 females will be accepted. Only outstanding studs will be considered for the auction. Other males should be entered in the Claims Futurity.

Certifications: All consignments must have a health certificate, completed by a veterinarian, with 30 days of the sale. All consignments must be registered as llamas through the ILR. All consignments must include DNA testing done prior to the sale.

Commissions: A two tier system has been established. First tier: A commission of 10% will be charged for those animals selling for $3000 or greater. Twenty percent commission will be charged for those selling for $1000 - $2999.

Minimum bids have been established at $1000.

Stalling: Consignments will be stalled separately from Futurity and/or show llamas. Stalling is free for consignment llamas. Sod will be provided.
